Have a public insurance plan (Medicaid)? NYLCA provides a limited number of in-person lactation visits at no cost to our families with Medicaid plans. Our ATLAS (Access To Lactation Support) program is a self-funded program. The NYLCA board allocates funds each year that are supported by additional donations from our NYLCA members. We said we help New Yorkers feed their babies, and we meant it!
