Join NYLCA

New York Lactation Consultant Association (NYLCA) offers two types of membership.

If you are an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) we welcome you to consider joining as an IBCLC Member for a full range of benefits. You can join with or without a directory listing. As an IBCLC member with a listing on our website you are agreeing to these terms.

If you are not an IBCLC, but want to become one or you with breastfeeding mothers in some other professional or a volunteer capacity, we welcome you to consider joining as an Affiliate Member.

  • $75 FOR IBCLC MEMBERS

  • $35 FOR AFFILIATE MEMBERS 

All NYLCA members receive discounts on NYLCA Events. Only IBCLC members may hold board positions, but Affiliates are welcome on any committee. Our Annual Membership Meeting takes place in June and Board terms are 2 years.
